| Every Compton United player thus far has graduated high school! This is quite an accomplishment in a community that has a significant high school dropout rate!
We are so proud of our players for their hard work and dedication.
Congrats to this years graduates, Jose Hernandez and Luiz Rivera!
Both of these guys are attending college this spring!

| Compton United BU15 team will travel to Mamelodi, Gauteng South Africa to participate in the 2010 Hope Cup Tournament during World Cup. We will be in South Africa June 12-20, 2010. As you can imagine we need to raise A LOT of money for this to be possible! |

| Special thanks to Anthony Hamilton from Chivas USA and Julian Valentin from the Galaxy! Both gave great stories about going to college and playing soccer at UCI and Wake Forest, respectively. Cal South and Sports Path, the leader in online sports education courses, have formally announced an agreement designed to help bring parental soccer education to the forefront. Through this partnership, Sports Path will provide a Cal South-branded course entitled “Preparing Your Child for Youth Soccer,” which is free to Compton United parents and other Cal South members interested in furthering their soccer parenting education. |
